Kumar Properties - Construction & Biotechnology〔Megapolis Pune〕 is an Indian real estate developer with headquarters in Pune, Maharashtra, India. It is one of the oldest real estate developers in Pune. The Kumar Properties Group initially started it services in the rental segment. After working in rental segment, the company later diversified in construction of branded apartments, high rise buildings and bungalow projects. The brand has been associated with mega complexes, townships, etc. since the past 2 decades or so. It is one of the largest players in Pune’s real estate market with annual sales spanning over one million sq.ft. The brand specializes in creation of a variety of working and living spaces.

Kumar Properties Group Founded by Mr. K.H. Oswal on 15 August 1966, initially catered to the rental segment. The in the 1970s it made a foray in construction of branded apartments. The era of 1980’s saw the brand graduating to construction of high-rise buildings and bungalow projects. That was followed by undertaking pioneering luxurious, mega complexes in the decade of 1990’s.
